Veterinary help for my dog

I have a pekingese who will be 15 yrs old in September. She has always been in excellent health til about a month ago. She has had intermittent diarrhea. I have treated her with chicken and rice and even fasting for 24 hours. She gets better but then a few days later it comes back. Two weeks ago, I took her to the vet. They did a fecal test, extended bloodwork and a urinalysis. Everything came back OK. In fact, the vets words were 'fantastic - especially for a dog her age'. They gave her an antibiotic and de-wormer just in case. She finished that and seemed to be returning to normal with no diarrhea for almost a week but it started back Friday night. I have given her probiotics but they have not helped. I also gave her a dose of K-Pectin from the vet which is is an animal version of Kaopectate. It did not help.
She has absolutely no other symptoms except the diarrhea which has mucous in it. She is eating and drinking, running around playing and happy.
Please help my best friend.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Nux Vomica 30c (2 pills) thrice a day for 2 days and report back after 5 days.
