Sub mucus Fibrosis in cheek.

I have a case of lady about 28 yrs old, mother of two kids. she is suffering of Sub mucus Fibrosis & is unable to open her mouth fully. Clinically she is diagnosed as 'Hard Tissue in innerlayer of cheek'.
Constitutionally she is Calcrea carb. I shall be grateful if any of our respected drs. shall share their experiences in treating such cases.Thank you.
