Balding young man! Only 28!

I hope someone can help me which medicine would be the best for him.
Hair loss occurs in the front with quite visible now receding hairline. Visible hairloss when combing hair. Which is weird because his hair and nails grow faster than in a common man. He is very healthy and very strong however experienced deep depression starting about when he was 19 and treated it with two kinds psychotropic medicines (first did not work at all, second brought a big change) until about 23, with success. Hasn't been taking any medicines since then.
Has somewhat problems with erection (works properly but can dissapearr very quickly as well, when mind is disturbed or when stressed) Please give me advice which medicines are the best to help him!
