Urine Track Infection

1 year back i was suffered from 5.5 mm Kidney stone, after few months treatment when i checked again but no stone was found but they report minor sludge noted in lower area.
But I am having small pain in my bladder area,lower stomach, lower back, inner thighs,legs I feel tightness in bladder sometimes and pain after urinate.
Dr suggest me cystone tablets and neeri cyrup but no effect.

Please suggest
