Dilated Cardiomyopathy with pancreas damage and stones in the gallbladder

Hi Doctor, My wife is 27 yrs old, treated with 'Acute Pancreatitis, Cholelithiasis' since Nov-2010 onwards. This is due to 'formation of stones in the gall bladder, travelled through the bile duct and stuck at the Pancreas head'. Planned to do open Cholecystectomy surgery, but Cardiologist found that she is having 'Dilated Cardiomyopathy' with LV ejecting factor 34% which is severe dysfunction. Recent 2D ECHO from Vijaya Heart Foundation is as follows:
Conclusion:
1)Global Hypokinesia of LEft Ventricle,
2)No Left Ventricular Clot,
3)Dilated Left Ventricle with Severe LEft Ventricular Dysfunction,
4)Normal Right Ventricular Function.
Ejection Fraction : 34%
