left sided hydrocele(epididymis orchitis)

In the year 1992 there was swelling in my left testis due to some injury or infection. My doctor diagnosed it as epididymis orchitis and prescribed medication. However my testis remained a bit swollen. The Dr said that this much swelling would remain forever. Even today my left testis is swollen and sagged as compared to right one. Every thing is normal but there is ocassional pain and heaviness, especially during the cold season or sleeping under fan. The pain seem to radiate through whole of my left leg. Can my left testis be normalised in size by homeopath.
I find it very uncomfortable without underpants.

When it feels better: In tight pants
Sleep Pattern: I have sound sleep, but some dreams do repeat
I prefer winter. I sweat too much in summer. Even in winter I sweat too much in my underarms.
I am selfish and shy natured.
I prefer fried foodstuff and nonveg, salty foods.
No major disease during child hood or adult.
No reactions to any medicine so far.
No regular Homeopathic treatment. I tried once a decade back but discontinued due to no benefit.
Other symptoms: My lips cannot remain without lipguard, i always carry boroplus without which my lips feel cracking. While in serious tension i drink water frequently and urinate frequently.
I salivate too much during sleep and wet the pillow
Pls prescribe suitable remedy/remedies and dose for the ailment i dont want to undergo surgery.

O.K. you can continue afterward
You could have taken homeopathy medicine on your viral fever.
