Is there a homeopathic supplement that is equivalent to calcium magnesium supplements in high doses like 1000/500?

I would like to know if there is alternative homeopathic supplement for calcium/magnesium 1000/500 ?

Any help is appreciated!
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homoeopathic medicines are not supplements, nor are they foods. You cannot take a homoeopathic medicine to replace something that might be missing in your diet.

Homoeopathic medicines are non-physical, energetic. There is nothing physical in them, so you cannot use them to replace things you should be eating.

In fact, while homoeopathy can help malabsorption of minerals and vitamins, it is not very effective where there is genuine malnutrition from a lack of nutrients. The only thing that can ever help that, is to increase intake.

If the problem, however, is one where the calcium or magnesium is not being absorbed, or is being excreted too quickly, then homoeopathy can definitely help. But not as a supplement. A medicine would need to be chosen on the basis of the complete case the patient showed (symptoms from all over the body and throughout their mind).

I am a bit confused. So if I want to take calcium-mag vitamin supplements, can I take calc phos and mag phos tissue salts instead? Can they replace vitamins?
thanks

It depends on why you are taking them.

If you are getting enough minerals in your diet, but for some reason you cannot seem to absorb or utilize them properly, then yes they can help, although it is still better to cure the underlying cause of this with proper homoeopathic treatment.

If you diet is poor and there is actually not enough nutrients of a particular type, then no they will probably not help very much. The tissue salts are not supplements, they are energetic medicines that correct problems associated with the minerals, but do not contain enough substance themselves to make any real difference.
