Staphysagria-misunderstood instructions and have taken wrong dosage
Hi,I'd be grateful if anyone can answer my query.
I misunderstood my dosage instruction on 10M staphysagria and, instead of 2 capsules once a day for two days (then 2x once a week for six) I have taken 2 twice a day for a week!
I'm a little concerned and would just be grateful if anyone out there could let me know whether I am likely to experience any problems etc?
Thank you .

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Even once a day for 2 days is probably too much. 10M should really be done once, and then given time to work with an assessment at the end of that period (1-2 weeks usually).
I would think that if you were going to get side effects, it would have probably happened by now. You may not be very sensitive to that remedy. Did it improve the symptoms it was given for?

Thank you for your response; much appreciated.
I can't say that I've experienced any real effects. I wanted a rememdy to help me with unexpressed anger and so on; I do feel a little calmer but am unsure as to whether this is purely down to my PMS subsiding or the remedy working??

This is a link to a thread I just wrote about remedy reactions and what to expect. See if that helps.
