This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are no specific times to take a remedy. You will only be taking it once so you don't need to take it at the same time each day.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water. In your case use 1/2 a cup. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
Don't hit the bottle again for this dose, but normally you would only hit the bottle just before taking it.
If you have already placed the drop in the water I would throw that cup out and do that part again, but no more hits for this first dose.
Aggravation is a typical reaction to a remedy. For most people they start within 3 days of the dose, peak at about 3-5 days and begin to diminish after 7 days. Aggravation typically is managed by making sure the dosage is done correctly, but that is often not something that is easily determined until the first dose has been taken and the patient's individual response seen.
If you are concerned about aggravation I would use a full cup of water rather than 1/2 cup.

I prepared the dosage on thursday night and didn't separate the one drop.
Now today sunday night, the 2 pills are completely dissolved.
Do i take a drop out of this and take the dosage or prepare the whole thing from start and take the dosage as soon as I mix the solution ( 2 pills not dissolved)
please advice

The bottle with the pillules dissolved in it is your dosing bottle. It will probably last 12 months before needing to be replaced.
You would not make new dosing bottles - that is done once only.
You would repeat doses from the step where you hit the bottle twice. This is after the dosing bottle has been made.

Ok Aggravation should start within 3 days or so of the dose. It may peak around 3-5 days, and then begins to diminsh noticeably after 7 days. Aggravation may be in the presenting complaint primarily, or it can manifest as different (normal)symptoms. Aggravation is always a slight worsening of the symptoms you typically get and should not be new symptoms.
If the dose has been well measured for you, then the aggravation should be hard to tell from your normal problem.
So for the time being we need to wait a little to see how this pans out.

Well you can report as often as you like, as each post here is kept for me to look over for later. I probably would make a decision about redosing until about a week is up, or your suffering has increased in some way to warrant intervention.

Ok first step is to ensure the remedy is not the correct one.
Repeat the dose two more times, one dose two days apart. After that we can look at a new remedy if necessary.

Ok please list all the symptoms you originally presented with, even the minor ones and including any mental or emotional ones.
Next to each one write Better, Worse, Same, Gone. If better or worse, write a percentage or score to represent how much.
If there are any new symptoms please also note those, making sure you tell me they are new.

Hi brisbanehomeopath
Thanks for your support. Sorry for the delay. Here is the information you have requested.
THE BELOW 2 SYMPTOMS might have subsided. I do not feel hungry anymore nor do I have the weird feeling in stomach or nausea in the morning ( I can confirm after few weeks)
Weakness of hunger Feels very very hungry suddenly with hands/legs shivering/feeling very weak. Cannot walk properly. Started few months ago. Will subside after eating food and after some time.
Also now a days, feels very hungry even after I have eaten. feeling weak and anxiety and tingling effect in stomach and like someone is sucking everything out of my stomach.
Sounds - Hear sounds in stomach - BETTER 50%
Skin Dryness (palms of Hands) - BETTER 50%
The other symptoms are:
Unsteadiness/Imbalance (Surroundings, Objects appear to swing/sway/move subtly) - SAME
Unsteadiness/Imbalance (sitting in chair/standing) - SAME
Fear of Imbalance - SAME
Tinnitus (buzzing sound in ears) - SAME
Right ear pain - LESS FREQUENT
Feels dizzy with movement of head - SAME
ALL THE BELOW SYMPTOMS ARE SAME
Unsteadiness more prominent (aggravated) situations:
early morning from getting up from bed/sleeping sideways (right or left)
walking briskly or lightly/running/gym/exercising or doing some heavy/light work or any type of physical work
tilting head to right/left while sleeping/standing/sitting/bending etc
in heavy traffic/noisy surroundings/crowds
in dark (without light) and at night
standing in bathroom and watching in mirror
sitting position and tilting head sideways
walking past the store/supermarket aisle or any aisle with tilted head and looking at items
after taking head bath & drying wet hair with a towel (rubbing towel on head for drying hair)
When walking, the buildings or scenery in the distant foreground appear swinging/swaying/moving. More the distance. More the moving sensation. Also the same sensation in corridors of shops/apartments/hospital/hotel etc.
Feels like falling backward/forward when sitting in chair or lean my head against any object (bed, chair etc)
Feels like wall is moving when leaning against wall or any support
Feels like floating in air or on water when sleeping in bed. Feels like being tossed up and down in bed.
Heart Beat heard thru right ear occasionally
Will NOT feel dizzy while traveling/driving (in motion only), but feels dizzy/imbalance after getting out of car/bus/train etc after a long distance travel
Feels dizzy after watching fast moving objects outside or on TV
Also feel too hungry all of a sudden accompanied by shiver and weak feeling in hands and legs which will subside after eating (This started to happen after the medicine reaction incident also)
Plantar Fasciitis (Left Heel) - SAME
Anal Fissure - 100% WORSE (unbearable pain)
Psoriasis/Seborrheic Dermatitis/Dandruff (Scalp/Chest/Beard) - SAME
Snoring (May be Sleep Apnea) - SAME
Let Me know if you have any questions or need additional/missing information

Hmmm....a few improvements but almost none in the main complaint, and a worsening of something else.
Ok Belladonna clearly is a failure here.
Please describe this unbearable pain.
I am going to attempt to use one of the newer methods of case analysis to prescribe rather than just relying on the straight 'symptom to repertory' approach.

The worsening of Anal Fissure pain is not due to Belladona.
I have lot of pain (throbbing and constant) because of the anal muscle spasms.
sometimes it feels that a strange sharp object is inserted into the anus.
The pain stars from the bowel movement, very painful in the beginning (cannot even sit properly) and slowly subsides by the next 8-9 hrs or so and stays painless (very very low pain) until the next bowel movement
Once in e while there is slight blood.
This pain is really a torture.
Plz advice
