treatment for mitral valve repair

Sir

I was done mitral valve surgery at the age of 15 now I am 39 now I am having breathing problem to walk, I consult Doctor they suggested ballon treatment now however need to valve replacement in future.

Is there any remedy to correct his without surgery.

Please help some one.
