The mental symptoms are always the deciding factor in any case, where they are peculiar and strong. I am not focussing on the fear, the fear is a major part of your state. I cannot ignore it in favor of physical symptoms - this is contrary to the philosophy of homoeopathy. The mental state is always at the top of the hierarchy of symptoms used to decide a remedy. 'Under check' does not mean cured, and not cured means they are a part of your disease.
Symptoms of Stramonium:
Food, drinks, Milk aggravates
Abdomen, Flatulence
Rectum, Diarrhea
Rectum, Pain, burning, smarting
Abdomen, pain, Cramping, griping
Abdomen, pain, Stitching, sticking, Tearing
Stool, Thin liquid or Watery
Rectum, involuntary stool
Generals, Cold aggravates, or Becoming cold aggravates
General, Getting wet aggravates
As you can see Stramonium covers many of your physical symptoms as well.
I cannot prescribe anything but the remedy that is indicated, so trying to fit yourself into a remedy you have with you won't work particularly well. Only the simillimum will cure.

Sir, I have a few queries in regard to Stramonium 1M dosage. Please try to answer them individually.
1. How many times a day shall I take Stramonium 1M SPLIT DOSE and for how many days?
2. In an empty bottle of 30 ml, can I add 4ml+4ml+4ml+4ml+4ml water + 4ml of pure alcohol to make a mixture? Do I need to stir the mixture after dissolving 2-4 drops of the medicine into it? Correct me If I am wrong. Also, which brand of Alcohol do you recommend?
3. Before taking a teaspoon of medicine, for how long shall I stir the cup thoroughly after placing one drop of medicine into it?
4. For how many days shall I continue with only 2 firm hits on the bottle for repeat doses?
5. One teaspoon means 5ml. Am I right?
6. Shall I use only mineral water for the preparation and consumption of medicine?

1. You will only take the remedy once, at least initially. We need to test your reaction to it before giving any repeat doses. 1M is very high, and I am hoping you can go several weeks without needing to repeat, although we need to see how things go of course.
2. The 2-4 drops OR 2-4 granules (I would probably just do 2) comes from the pharmacy medicine, into the bottle. You won't be able to stir the liquid in the bottle. Once the drops or pillules are dissolved, hit the bottle twice firmly, place a single drop into the cup of water, stir that and take a teaspoon into the mouth. You can use brandy or vodka - any spirit. You can also use medicinal alcohol (ethanol).
3. You only need to stir for a short while, long enough to make sure the drop is completely mixed into the cup of water. How long is up to you.
4. No repeat doses to begin with. I will assess your reaction after a week.
5. Yes that would be a teaspoon.
6. It is better to use water that has not been altered with chemicals, however even tap water will work.

Sir, I have some queries with regard to my illness only If won't mind. I feel I don't share some of the symptoms of Stramonium. However please guide me. My below queries are not meant to doubt your expertise Or offend you in any manner. I have posted them purely to get answers for my satisfaction. Hope you would answer them with a generous disposition.
1. Do you feel I suffer from insanity Or delirium?
2. I am not epileptic. Bright objects do not cause furious delirium, spasm of the throat and horrible convulsions. I do not get convulsions from the sight of bright, dazzling objects ; from water, touch, or being spoken to
3. I feel I do not attack when I am raged, with beating, stabbing or striking; screaming, biting, scratching etc.
4. I do not cling to others. On the contrary, I prefer to be alone and dislike company.
5. I do not stammer Or lisp.
6. My symptoms do not aggravate from looking at glistening objects.
7. I can walk in the dark Or with my eyes closed. I do not reel Or stagger while doing so.
8. I do not feel absence of pain which is characteristic of Stramonium.
9. I am not proud of myself. I do not like boasting. I do not imagine myself to be very large, Or my one arm is very large. Or I have three legs instead of two etc.
10. I do not feel Trembling of the whole body, as of from fright.
11. I do not have double vision Or see obliquely.
Sir, please do not generalise by saying that all of the symptoms may not be present for a remedy. I request you to analyze my queries and answer them specifically. Also, you promised me to give answers about my treatment.

This is not how homoeopathic remedies are chosen. The law of similars states, that to cure, the remedy must only be able to create the symptoms the patient has. You cannot possible have all the symptoms of Stramonium. There are thousands of them. If that were necessary to make prescriptions, no remedy could ever be given.
Nawaz surely you know this about homoeopathic prescribing, even if that patient doesn't.
If you do not wish to take my advice then I will not use up anymore of my time on your case. It seems clear that you do not want to take Stramonium. Good luck.

On a forum like this, I cannot ever say with 100% surity that a remedy will cure, until it is taken. All I can ever do, is give my reasons for believing that it will. If those reasons are enough for you, take the remedy. I will support you through whatever process it starts.

My delayed response is due to the procurement of medicine. The medicine was out of stock and I had to wait for the same. However I got the medicine today i.e. on 19/09/2011. I will take Stramonium 1M tonight as instructed by you.

After taking a remedy, any aggravation should start within the first 3 days. Aggravations usually peak in intensity at 3-5 days and diminish after that. Improvement is noticeable at the end of the first week and into the second week. For this reason I don't usually assess the response to a remedy till the end of the first week.

My abdomen problems continue to hamper me in more than one way. Symptoms include; twisting, griping pain in abdomen. Pungent smell from my belly button. Urging to stool after food Or drink. Urgency to stool. Discharge of long flatus. Loose stools. Griping before stools. Involuntary stool, with the escape of flatus. A feeling of weakness in the abdomen, as if diarrhoea would result. Heat and soreness in the rectum. Small amount of blood oozing from my Anus Slit.
Apart from these, currently I am suffering pain in my left thigh and hip. Also, present is Backache. Soles of feet rough, cracked and painful. Sneezing and fluent coryza.
Sir, please try to help me in the best possible way.
