Give her three single doses one each day for three days and report on 7th day of first dose or earlier if things are not improving..
meanwhile collect more details of her leucorrehea.
like if it smells,itches ,its colour,nature(itchy,corrosive,hot etc)timings of the day when more dicharge and similarly when its less or no discharge etc.

Surgery option must not be taken as it will create more problems.
The treatment must be from one consultant, if the sister wants to get well?
It is so difficult to get accurate data from the sister. Can she answer the Q's by herself?

Dear nawazkhan sir, Thank you very much for your reply.At present the white discharge is reduced well. But the lower back pains have increased bit.It my be forthcoming menses.So how to recover from this lower back( in between kidneys, sometimes it spreads from one kidney spot to the spinal and sometimes other kidney to the spinal)?Now she is unable to sit down for sometime also.
Should she take Fer.met-30 , single dose daily or 3 doses?Please clarify.
And she dont have any itching feeling there.Regarding the infection, it is cervitis, the infection at cervix -right side, which is due to virus.Some times she had lot of white dischage with severe pain at lower abdomen- right side.After some time the dischage and pain stops.Only these symptoms assures the infection.This is first time for her to use homeopathy.

Sir, she has been using the following and stopped the alopathic iron tablets and injections.
1. Calc Carb-200 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Hydrastis-Q 5 drops in 1/4 cup of water 2 times a day
Pl keep 30 to 40 minutes gap between two.
3. Pulsetilla-1M 6 pills at bed time. please respond.

Please stop all remedies.
She needs to take only one remedy at a time. If her monthly cycle has not started yet, then, please give her Alumen 30C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days?

ok sir, one thing...as i said, the discharge was for around 10 days, now the 10 days are over.now no discharge.when she was not taking the prescribed medicines, it was high.Past 10 days it had reduced due to those medicines.As usual in every month,now its no dischage period.This month ending is the menses time.She now has body pains and lower back pains and tiredness.So should she use only this ALUMEN-30 ? what about during menses?

(1)Body Pains: These are the pains like one we get during fever.In addition , before one year she got chickengunya.From then the whole body JOINT pains are there.
(2)Lower back Pains:As mentioned earlier, the pain alters from one kidney area to the spainal and from other kidney area.Unable to sit long time and unable to bet down wards.
Also the hemoglobin is 40%only.How to increase the percentage?Please suggest how to proceed.Thank you.

Hi, Please give her Kali Carb. 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 2 times a day, one dose when she gets up in the morning and one dose when she goes to sleep at night, for 3 days only.
