Another Acne Sufferer Passkey or Anyone

This question gets old… but I feel that I have tried everything besides the things everyone says not to do (drugs that cause two headed babies and micro-abrasion)
Please help.
Here is some info about myself that I noticed you asked other individuals that may be useful.

I have had acne since I was a pre-teen… about 12yrs old.
I just turned 27.
It is very possible that it is genetic, one sister had acne as a teen, the other sister has always had a perfect complexion.
I did have a traumatic event previous to the acne… widowed mother almost died and was in a comma previous to my development of acne… (but is doing well now)
No warts, no bumpy moles… a couple small smooth moles or birthmarks.
I do not suntan easily… at all. I either burn or I am white.
I do not get sweaty palms.
There is not TB or Cancer in my family.
My skin is normally greasy if I am not using a topical cream to dry the acne.
No redheads in my family.
I did have ear trouble as a child… this also could be hereditary. My sisters do not have ear problems but, I seem to have to clear my ears of wax more that others. My mother says that my father (who did not have acne) was the same way.
I have a sweet tooth.
I have long eyelashes, but I think that they are on the normal to thick size.
I think that my face is oblong.
I am bored easily.
I like to travel.
I am fond of meat and I tend to eat a lot of eggs. (ever since I was very young, I would eat large amounts of eggs… not like anyone else in my family.)
Migraines run in my family, but I have never experienced one.
My teeth look good… but they are unhealthy. I have thick saliva (also believed to be genetic) and this causes me to easily get cavities. I also lost a couple of permanent teeth as child (due to a bike accident) – this lead to years of braces, dental work, the wearing of a partial, which is not good for the gums… until adult hood, now I have a bridge and a crown.
I tend to eat generally healthy… I do not eat much greasy or pre-processed food.
When I moved to a warmer climate, I began to drink large amounts of water.
Large amounts of water did not help my acne.
I had a job for 5 years that required regular exercise; this also did not improve my acne.
I am a clean person, my home is clean and I shower and change the sheets/pillowcases regurarly.
Acne soaps are also not helpful.
My pimples are from within my body, most are very deeply embedded and (not to sound gross) but when I pop them, sometimes more that a teaspoon of puss comes out of one pimple. The deeply embedded ones cause pressure that can be very painful. The puss tells me that there is some kind of infection, but I don’t know how to get rid of it.
My acne is consistently there, but it worsens right before my menstrual cycle and when I am under stress.
I have read about people taking high dosages of vitamin b5… (10 grams per day for 6 months and 2 grams there after) Do you have any thoughts on this cure-all?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Please try not to use acronyms when discussing vitamins/drugs/ailments/ect.
Thank you in advance for any help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
From your description [good] we seem to be looking at boils as much as acne.

Just to check , no matter however gross, what color is the pus?.

What is the location of most boils?.

Is there any eczema in the family.?

Do you sip a drink rather than take large mouthfuls, are you very tidy , do you like the body warm [in bed] with the window open to keep the head cool?.

Do you have a period in the late afternoon when you have to sit down and relax -- say round 4 o/c, eat little and often, hate oysters.

Do you get hot feet in bed , have a bowel motion soon after waking, have a quick "up and over " temper.

THe eggs -- do you prefer them boiled, and do you avoid confrontation?.

Oh , should have mentioned I am away from 10 -28th June.

Thank you for you quick response.

The pus is both white and clear

The boils are on my face.
Rarely I will get one on my back/neck.

There are not any cases of eczema in my family

I suppose I usually take average sized drinks... in the morning I think I tend to drink large mouthfuls.

I am very tidy.

I definately like to sleep with the window open, but keep warm and well covered. (cool room/head, and warm body -feet like to be cool)

Definately have to take a nap or relax around 4 or 5pm.

When schedule permits, I definately perfer to eat little amounts all day rather than large meals.

I do NOT like oysters, but will eat them to be social when at an oyster bar/oyster bake. (so I don't necessarily hate them)

I do have a bowel motion soon after waking.

I suppose my temper is quick "up and over ", if that means I like to be direct about situations... i like to quickly understand others and quickly be understood, then quickly move on. I would not say that I am easily angered or upset though.

I definately perfer to boil eggs. It is not unussual for me to eat 6 boiled eggs in one sitting several times a week.

I do not think of myself as confrontational... but I am considered to be very direct. I will not hesitate to approach a situation... but I always try to do so in a very direct, yet non- confrontational way. (i think that this is mostly because I have learned that this is the most effective way to recieve results. -otherwise, my natural instict is to probably be confrontational)

This is the first time I have replied to this forum but I have a lot of experience with the treatment of pustular acne and think i could help you. This is without taking a case but I think you should take Hepar sulph 6c daily in the morning for one month and testosterone 6c daily for one month in the evening. In addition to this I think you should take Oregon grape (berberis aquifolium) in herbal tincture 50 drops daily, hilery dorrian
