sleeplessness + food aversion

I have a problem while taking food. I get a lot of burps/belches after taking a small quantity of food and due to the fear of vomiting (I even vomited sometimes) I cannot take food after that which leaves my stomach half-empty. I am not able to take food to my capacity. The local homeopath prescribed ars alb 30 for me. I am taking that daily 2 times with 3 pills at a time. Initially it seemed to work fine and the problem seems to have got ended but 2 days back I vomited the last item that I ate during dinner and It is back again. I am also suffering from sleeplessness since the last 3 days. I am not able to sleep continuously for more than 3 hrs. Yesterday I woke up at 3 15 AM and was unable to sleep after that then I took nux vomica 200 at that time.even then I could not get sleep. will it do any harm because i took nux vomica 200 after taking ars alb 30 2 times in that day? Due to no-sleep, I am not able to work during day time and having a kind of food aversion also. Please suggest an effective remedy for my problems.

You have not been given proper instructions for taking the Arsenicum album.

Firstly, were you given instructions on when to STOP taking the medicine. Generally, you stop when your symptoms are gone. If you keep going, you will harm yourself either by bringing the symptoms back, or getting new symptoms.

You should have been told to take the remedy for a set number of days, stopping it if your symptoms worsen or if they vanish. That is the first problem here.

Secondly, you are taking the pillules directly each time. This is an ineffective way to use homoeopathy, and remedies tend to become useless after a short time (as may have happened to you).

What follows are the correct instructions for repeating your remedy doses, based on the instructions in our Organon of Medicine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

The first thing you need to do stop the Arsenicum album. It needs to be ascertained if you have merely taken too much and are now getting side effects.
