Recurring Acidity, Nausea, Vomiting

I am suffering from recurring problems of Nausea, Acidity, Vomiting in the mornings and bleeding in stools.

For few months I get acidity for no reasons i.e. even with I take home cooked food. Then for few weeks it would be lower abdomen filling of getting tight with headache. And in very few weeks I will get blood in stools.

At times, I don;t get these problems but bodyache.

I got all tests done but there is no problem in them. Also I have tried allopathy, ayurveda as well with homeopathy.

In homeopathy, I have taken Baksons B-2 drops for stomach and Alpha Liv syrup for liver.

Please advise what should I do to get myself healthy.

My work requires me to work on computers for around 6 hours per day. I take regular breaks and take walk outside in between.

This is to report my state after around 7 days of medicine. Initial 2-3 days it seemed the medicines have helped but all of a sudden on 5th day I got to vomit and after that I am feeling a severe headache and body feels like I have no control of it.

Please take Irisversi-30 as it is. Only do a change as follows
in place of ferrum Met-30 take Nux Vomica-30 6 pills 2 times a day.

Please check what was the food intake immediately one day earlier to vomiting trouble. Check what was the dietetic error.

Give feedback after 4-5 days
