twitching eye lid
Hello,I sometimes get a twitching eyelid. It doesn't hurt or anything but I'm curious what it could be and how I can get rid of it.
Thanks in advance!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Twitching eye lids are sometimes a sign of stress. So, if you get it "once in awhile," check what has been happening around you and you probably will figure it out. Pantothenic Acid, a B vitamin, is helpful in stress and irritation. (not sure of proper spelling)...SABRA
