Urine burning , Extreme back and kidney pain.

Medical History.

Since 2007 i have this problem, age 32 .i dont know the source reason , but all of sudden pain started in left Testicle and become lump , and pain/burning while urinating , then goes on i did ultrasound and urine tests and other tests but nothing found only , mild vericose vien , but the thing is that when it get hot then there is nothing , but when cold it get lump again , i started antibiotec and took for many months different types but no gain .
then in 2008 i was in canada , it was the same condition , but from last year 2010 i feel pain in kidneys and pain was random then sometime both side kidneys .now lumps in both testicles
Also after urinate the drops doest stop at once it took time , and also some time yellowish sperm come out , that kidney doest stay there , but when i need to urinate and if i dont do it , pain get worse and after urinate pain still stays there then go away slowly but not completly , Also sometime when i urinate then i feel easy in pain , but as soon the bladder get some urine no matter less or more , but if there is some urine in bladder pain get start , then pain intially it was on kideny sides then whole lower back , AND NOW HALF OF MY BACK IN THE PAIN , AND CANT SIT ON THE FLOOR IN THE BEND CONDITION BECUASE PAIN GET WORSE , Also if i sit on the chair for proglong time pain start ,
During Urination pain the burning there in penis and testical and lower area of testicle,
but now i am upset due to my back pain , it getting worse and not decreasing ,
i took 100's and hundreds of antibiotec but no gain.
i took homepathic medicine include pekana 74+45 ,
And nows days i am taking Echineaa+cantharis+barberis+hydrastis+sarkanda+sulphersate+ 2 more in one combination i dont remember the name , With this when i take i get relive for a while no pain in bladder and kidney and urine is smooth and little burning but overall , as soon the effect of the medicine go away , all symptoms come back .
So first of all i want to know what is this disease , i did many urine and blood and ultrasound tests here , All are clear and here doctors saying nothing wrong , but there is something they dont know.

once the disese is recognize then treatment is not difficult.

Current symptoms are .

Constant 24 hours pain in both kidneys random, Bladder , back pain lower and now half back , cant sit bending , Urine burning , And when Ejaculate at night while sleeping , i saw Very yellowish liquid on cloth , but ejaculate for an hour feel very very Relax in pain and all symptoms . . i am using these homeo basrbeir, cantharis, echanins , phosporus, sarkanda , seraslup, combination currently but only temporary relive .
Can anybody Diagnose exactly is this , becuase i did all possible tests , doctors said nothing wrong with u , we unable to find anything .
