Please help with performance anxiety and stammering

Hello all,

First off, I'm grateful to the doctors for taking time to offer advice on this forum. May you all live long and healthy!

I'm 50 years old, male, in fairly good health, and I have three main issues: a) performance anxiety (I think), b) stammering, and c) varying energy (e.g., tire easily if I do anything aerobic, like running or walking uphill, can't handle humid heat). Don't know if these three are related.

More info: I'm happy and successful and in general fairly easy going. Always been a nervous type of person even as a child: anxious about people's opinion and especially how they expect me to 'perform', etc. I'm not shy (can readily talk to strangers). Health-wise: fairly good health, good digestion if I eat small meals with small amounts of starch and don't snack in between.

Cannot handle caffeine: makes me nervous talkative (uncomfortable with silence), I lose sleep, makes my skin dry, and if I drink more than 4 cups a week, causes blurry vision.

Other things: loud noises (even just high volume) affect me, I sleep better on my right side, I'm not a morning person (sleep from midnight to 7)

I read the other posts related to performance anxiety and there seem to be several drugs (Silicea, ArgNit, etc.), but didn't want to self-medicate.

I feel that you should take 'Bach Flower Remedies'
1. Mimulus
2. Aspen
3. Horn Beam
4. Cherry Plum

Take 4 drops of each, put it in 1/4 cup of water. Take 2 doses like this in a day. See the result in 15 days and give feedback
