Puffy gums with pain

Dear Sir,
I have puffy gums with pain, please prescribed me a remady

Name: Manirul Islam
Sex: M
Age: 33
Symptoms: gums are puffy, enlarge. Left lower end teeth's gums are affected. Having pain. it is started yesterday 4.30 PM (approx.) today i feel temparature also, while washing mouth with salted hot water, getting temporary relife. No bleeding, no other problems noticed.

please let me know if any other information is missing.

Thanks Dr. though i am let to reply, but updates are it is ok now,pain is not there but there is little puffiness still remain and the affected area is some what hardned.

I took the remady only for 3 days.

Please take 5 doses of Calc Fluorica 30 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in the coming week.

It is ok now but still some uneasiness is there to opening the mouth. puffiness is gone but one bubble like things appeared in other nearby teeth's gum by today.

I have stopped calc fluorica 30 by 10/10/11.

Please don't take anything now. If bubble persists you may take three doses of silicea 200 after waiting for few days.

Half of the bubble is disappeared, hope rest will do soon. Sir I have another issue with my child of age 1 year 6 months.

Symptom: Some pimple like things appeared in his hand (arm, elbow, forearm) and leg & thigh. It is not appeared in any other part of his body. Local homeopathy Dr. said it is summer rash.
Remedy by local Dr. Brime Stone 0/5 (4 globule no-10 in aqua base 120 ml, spirit X drops and make 12 doses), take two spoon from one dose of remedy in ½ cup of water every day.
Effect: after taking two days, the effect is noticed and another two days it is ok. But once the remedy stopped same thing appear after few days. This happened three times.

Please advice what to do? Shall we continue with same remedy with higher potency as directed by local Dr.

Please give him Sulphur 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how it affects.

If there is no change in next few days please give him silicea 30 in the same way.

Please stop all other remedies.

Dear Sir,
I forgot to mentioned that he is having itching for that specially in leg. He often woke up with crying during night and started itching on both the leg.

with above aditional information shal we continue same remedy as priscribed by you. I think one dose ( you forget to mentioned) for morning and evening. please guide.

Every thing was found ok with above remady. About my chield rash you have sujjseted Sulphur 30 and it work fine then but now again it reappairs.
