Hi dr Nawaz,
I know it has been a while since I've written. Please understand me as I do not have where to buy the homeopathic remedies here as I depend from a particular homeopath here.
My son was doing better since then. Then he took caustisum 30c on a weekly basis according to another homeopath, and the puss was decreasing , there was no swelling, no blood no pain.
But 3 weeks ago he caught cold and the therapy for the fistula was interrupted, and he was given pherrum phosphoricum d12 for the cold to be cured. It passed in 7-9 days. But without therapy the fistula reactivated. There is not that much white puss, but there is a reddish swelling on the left side of the anus, it is big as a small hazelnut, it was hard on touch, tonight got slightly softer but the size is the same for 4 days. For four days he is taking calcarea sulph 6x every 8 hours, silicea d12 every 8 hours and Causticum 30c once a day. Today we stopped the causticum 30c and he took 2 doses of silicea 30C(3 pallets each) on every 8 hours. He feels pain when I touch him, he does not cry but complains on pain.
Please advise what should I do. And please forgive for not contacting with you.

Silicea 30c is the wrong remedy for this problem. Calc Sulph 6x, only if the pus color is yellow. Causticum, why are you giving this remedy?
You are over dosing the child with these remedies. Are there any laws in your country for the children?

thanks for the reply.
Causticum was given for the fistula pipe to start closing and dissapearing.
The pus color is white, not yellow.

No, this remedy does not do what you are stating.
Please stop all remedies immediately.

I cann';t say how many drops as he is wearing diapers ... it is not that much. It is more worrying that he has a swelling and looks like inflammation on 10 o'clock and it is reddish. It got a bit softer and smaller today, but it is still there...
He feels pain, and complains on pain after BM, and on touch. Should I maybe wash him with calendula to ease the pain ?
I was reading your forums and other web sites and I see it needs time, but I am panicked since I saw the swelling .
one more question regarding food: can he eat rice? I;me giving him oat in almost every meal. What else is causing the organism to gain pus, so that I should avoid giving it to him?

Please give the child Belladonna 200C, one daily dose, for 2 days. This will reduce, pain and swelling, inshallah.
Please don't give any rice or oat.

Ok, then, please give him Belladonna 30C, 2 drops/pellets mixed in one teaspoon full of mineral water, 3 times a day.

lunch - meat (chicken or veal) with potatoes, tomato, cheese
dinner - integral bread, sour milk/yogurt, egg, cheese
fruit : apple, banana, cherries, peach, orange
he does not like to sweet, but likes salami which I don't give him whenever he asks for it.
Please advice what from this is wrong.

The color is white,but no pus in the last 8 hours. H did not feel pain when having a bath,and the redness decreased on the swelling which is still the same size.
Can you advse about the food that I wrote before?

Monday he took Silicea 30c,silicea d12 starting at 11am on every 8 hours ,calc sulph 6x starting at 3pm on every 8 hours .
Tuesday he took only once Silicea 30c at 11am and calc sulph 6x at 3pm. In the afternoon at 6pm I gave him belladonna30c and at 7pm calendulla 200c.
I stopped giving the other remedies.
Wednesday , today, he took beladonna30c in the morning.
The lower place (5o'clock)on the right side is a little open, no pus today, the upper (10o'clock)still has the swelling, is softer then yesterday and is still red and inflamed, but today the skin is very smooth unlike yesterday when it was uneven.
Should I change something?

the pain is steel there , the redness is still there , the upper one is still closed and there is no whole there. it hurt him now when BM, and when wassing after BM.
Please tell me what to do
I'm afraid it might be an abscess again, is it possible ???

the decreasing is very very little.
Yesterday night he did not have BM when I was washing him , maybe that is why there was no pain.
But today after BM now around noon my time he had BM and he felt the same pain as yesterday when having BM.

should I dissolve the Ferrum Phosphoricum 30c, or give it just in pallets? I have all the remedies in small grains/granules. How much should I give ?
Please tell me what is the swelling, is it full of pus inside , and how will it drain ??? it looks like the abscess as it was before.
