plz help .extreme burning/heat in epigastric region and...

Dear Sir,

I am looking for a homeopathic treatment for my acidity/gastritis with hiatas hernia (diagnosed by endoscopy). This problem of mine is almost 7 years old now and have been taking omeprazole and lansaprazole for the first 5 years very regularly. And than took these medicines on and off during the last 2 years but my problems are getting severe. I want to quit using the PPI meds as i got osteopenia at this age because of these meds i guess.

I am 33 years old male, 63kg and 6 feet tall.

I crave for warm drinks (tea) over cold drinks but i love drinking carbonated drinks with food (of course i try to avoid that now).

I am not that much outgoing but i do like company of known people. with strangers, i keep some distance unless i get to know them well.

My burning starts at epi gastric region and extends to oesophagus and many time i feel burning in my left shoulder, left upper arm and upper back.

Also i feel heat flushes in my ears and the chest.

Many times i get burping and belching that gives some relief. But most of the times the burp gets trapped in epi gastric area and i have to force myself to burp.

While lying down when i go to sleep i get hunger attacks and i can hear my stomach (noise comes again from epi gastric region) and i have to get up to eat something or i cannot sleep. But the relief is only temporary as even after eating, i get the same feeling.

To come over this problem i have to sleep on my stomach pressing some object against my stomach (i place a small rubber ball on my bed and sleep over it with stomach touching the rubber ball.). This gives some relief.

I feel as if something is set loose in epi gastric region and must get closed so that irritating gases and acid stay where they should.

The reflux also affects my throat.

Medicines i tried are as follows:
Nux Vomica 30 but didnt help much.
Carbo Veg 200 ( did help a bit but never gave complete relief).
Phosphorus 1M ( only one dose taken 2 months ago).
Nat Phos 6x

Apart from this sometimes i take Thuja followed by Ferrum Pic 200 for my prostatitis pain but i am not too concerned about this problem because last 2 meds helps a lot.

Please tell me if there is anything else you would like to know.
