swollen achilles tendon

Hi, I have a question regarding a swollen and extremly painful achilles tendon. I have had this symtom for 25 years. The swelling occured first whenever someone mentioned my mother. A friend who I used to go for wlaks with during lunchbreak often made a joke about it by asking how my mother was so I was stopped in my tracks.
However, my mother is dead now since over a year, and shortly before she died this tendon started playing up again, but getting progressivley worse and the swelling not disappearing anymore. I had a very emotionally stressfull year, to do with financial worries and a fallout with my family etc, and every time I have bad news this tendon is bad. I am at the point where I am limping almost constantly now. The only remedy I found for achille stendon swelling was sepia, and I have got sepia at home, but as thsi symptom is 90% emotional I wondered if there are other remedies I should consider? Thanks for reading.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Ignatia 200 at a gap of 12 hours.

If there is no relief within few days, please take 2 pills of rhus tox 30 and arnica 30 (at a time) in the morning and evening for few days.
