Fracture gone wrong

My son's friend (24)broke her left elbow in 4 places 4 years ago. It was diagnosed as a bad sprain and not treated properly, just told to wear a sling.
Two of the breaks healed over. She still has a step cleft in the radial head, radial nerve damage, tendon and ligament shortening, weak muscles. The arm is locked in a 90 degree angle. She gets pins and needles, electric shocks. Her arm locks up and can't move at all which can last up to 1/2 an hour.
Pain is always there even though she is on painkillers. Aches at top of elbow and underneath as if someone is grabbing the elbow and squeezing it as hard as they can. Muscles in bicep are hard and tight from restriction and shortening, tricep is non-existent - it just hangs there.
< winter; cold. > warmth, massage.
Holding a drink bottle is the maximum weight she can hold. Can't hold a dinner plate or a bowl. Can't lift anything eg washing basket or jug to make a cup of tea.
Is at Uni and has to write notes which is painful. Even using the laptop is painful.
It happened when she slipped on a marble floor and feel back on her bottom hard and put her arms out to break the fall.
I'd appreciate any tips on how to help her with the pain or any of the symptoms.
Many thanks.

This looks to me like the kind of situation the remedy Cactus grandiflorus would help. I would suggest Cactus 30c, given once a day for no more than 3 days, and then assess her response.

This is the instructions for dosing.

INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2 granules or 2 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. I would suggest 1/2 cup to begin with. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).
