8. List of your complaints

a. Patient of Diabetic since 3 months. (Father is also diabetic patient)
b. Abnormal Stool (some time hard some times soft)
c. Need of passing stool after meal
d. Falling of hairs
e. Dark circle under eyes
f. Some times pain in extremities especially after sex
g. More desire of sex
h. Prostate juice is falling
j. Can’t sustain my errection
k. Penis is week /thick and no hardness/nerves are arose I feel it has shrinked.
l. Discharge times are so less even in 4 to 5 strokes
m. Great dibility after sex
n. Its take much more time (more then 5 hours) for next erection
