anxiety and trauma and arg nit
I've been suffering from constant anxiety and panic attacks over a period of four months now. They are because of a trauma I suffered as a child coupled with a stressful lifestyle. I've been off work for over 3 months now.I began taking arg nit 10M about a week ago - one at night. I thought symptoms worsened but could have been because of
other things.
Does anybody have any experience with this remedy? do I continue taking it?
the homeopath who suggested it to me I feel is not helping so much.

Please stop this immediately before something terrible happens. 10M should be taken once every few months, if it is even repeated at all!
Was that the homoeopath's instructions? Once a day?
If so, abandon that homeoopath right away they are dangerously careless.

Uh that is tough to say to something who suffers from anxiety the way I do.
Now I'm getting a panic attack that something will go wrong, that I have harmed myself.
Yes the ostepath told me take it once a night.
I will stop immediately.
Since nothing 'terrible' has happened yet I presume I'm ok!? Please let me know.
It is in the form of little sugar tablets.

An osteopath - well that explains it. Someone without proper training using an incredibly strong dose without any understanding of how it should be used.

Homoeopathic medicines continue to work for days, or even weeks after they are taken. If you are lucky (and considering you have an osteopath prescribing for you rather than a homoeopath this is likely) the medicine is so inappropriate for you that you will have no sensitivity to it (and so no reaction).
Homoeopathic medicines can produce side effects especially when multiple doses are given over a short period.
How many doses have you taken so far?

oh i made a mistake. she's a yogi/homeopath. but so panicked by what you're writing that I wrote it wrong.
I think 7 of those little sugar pills is what I have taken.
I suffer depression, anxiety, trauma of mother's suicide when I was 12.
But honestly all this you're writing is making me very very nervous. And even hearing about symptoms I will start thinking that I have them.

2 doses is not so bad. Stopping at this point is the best thing to do. If the remedy is right you have had enough of it.
Still, your homoeopath is careless to give those instructions. What is her training and background do you know?

it was seven little sugar pellets - over 10 days...
they are in a little jar - lots of them - and it says arg nit 10M on label.

Well hopefully you will not react too strongly to them. You said you felt worse - that is probably a result of so many doses. Repeat doses should also be given diluted in water, not as dry pillules. This homoeopath definitely does not know enough about how our medicine should be practiced.

I'm not sure what her background is actually but will check.
I find it confusing as the pellets come in little glass bottles with lots and lots of them - it looks like over 100 even though the bottle is very small - if they are so strong that a person should maximum take a few every year why would they ever make that many and sell them? shouldn't they just supply one single pellet instead ?
