Permanent cure for belly fat.....

I am a 26 year old male.

I've gained a lot of fat in the belly region over the last 1 and a half years. I have also started getting fat in other parts of my body. I think this is due to improper diet and lack of physical exercise.

I used to be slim and trim even two years ago. I used to exercise regularly for an hour everyday before developing this back pain due to lifting heavy weights. Now I'm not in a position to do any heavy exercise.Also my profession forces me to lead a sedentary lifestyle.

Please suggest something to get rid this belly fat.

9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate?

12) Explain in detail about you mood?
13) Any past medical problem which you would like to share the information?
14) List of medicine in use at present?
15) Do you exercise daily? Or any other physical activity.
16) How is your Cholesterol level?
17) Share your food habits (breakfast-lunch-dinner/ veg or non veg).
18) How much do you sweat? does your sweat smell?
19) What is the colour of you urine? does it smell?

1) Location: Kolkata, India/ Age: 26/ Sex: Male/5 feet 9 inches/Weight: 67 kg / I’m a BPO professional.
2) Duration of illness: 1 year 6 months.
3) Excess fat in the belly and waist.
4) My Thyroid is working fine.
5) I do not have Diabetes.
6) Once a day but irregular.
7) Yes I do feel thirsty.
8) Humidity makes me feel very uncomfortable so does a hot climate. Cold makes me feel more comfortable.
9) My stress is profession related.
10) No, my sleep is disturbed. I wake up at least twice in the night and my quality of sleep is also poor.
11) I don’t think I have any abnormal mood swing problem.
12) I am suffering from Spermatorrhea and Night Emission problem since 2008.
13) I am taking DIOSCOREA VILLOSA 6c, ERYNGIUM AQUATICUM 3x and NATRUM PHOS 30c alternately as a treatment for Spermatorrhea and Night Emission problems.
14) No I do not exercise on a daily basis.
15) I do not have any Cholesterol problem.
16) I think I sweat normally and it smells.
17) Urine is colourless when I drink more water and mildly yellow when i drink less water and it smells.
18) Waist: 35.5 inches/ Belly: 34.5 inches
19) My thirst is normal and I do not have kidney related problems but I urinate more frequently than others.
20) I generally have tea twice with sugar and sweet biscuits otherwise I have sweets only on occasions.
21) I feel sleepy after having food.
22) I feel sleepy and tired after getting up in the morning
23) 12:30 at night.

1)Please share your daily food intake schedules and menu with timeing ( Break fast - Lunch - Dinner)? Veg/Nonveg.
2)Which time of the day you feel your stomach or digestion is giving you worse feeling?
3) Is there any pain in the stomach ( above navel area, below navel area)?
4) Do you feel burning sensation in your throat or stomach area?
5) You had testicle problem is it ok now ?
6) How much water you drink daily? What can be the temperature of water that you consume ( Normal-Chilled-Warm)?
7) Do you take water with food?
8) Do you smoke or Drink?
9) DO you feel irritated when your stomach problem starts?
10) Which food you like to eat more and which food you dont like to eat much?
11) 34-35 is a good belly size ? What is your say on this :-)

Dietry Tips:
1) Time being avoid sour-oily-spicy food stuffs.
2) Avoid Junk food or drinks.

1) Breakfast: Bread Toast, Biscuits and Tea.
Lunch: Boiled white rice, dal, vegetables and fish.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
I am a non vegetarian.

2) Just after waking up in the morning.
3) I don’t have any pain in the stomach.
4) Burning Sensation: I feel it often though not all the time.
5) My testicle problem is ok now.
6) I drink 2 and a half to 3 litres of water daily and of normal temperature.
7) I do not drink water while having food. I drink only after having food.
8) I do not smoke or drink.
9) I don’t think I feel irritated when my stomach problem starts.
10) I like to eat all kinds of food be it cereals, veggies, fruits or junk food. I try to avoid oily food or aerated drinks as far as possible. But cannot always do so because I often eat out side home.
11) I do not think 34-35 is a good belly size. Most people around me tell that I am becoming fat and I feel the same way.

1) You mentioned fish, what else you take in nonveg?
2) Will it be possible for you to avoid Junk food ?
3) You need to stop taking outside food ?
4) Do You take water immediately after food?
5) What is it that you think (not your friends ) is the belly size you are looking for?
6) Looking at your statistics i dont think you are over weight !

I am not OBESE and NOT OVER WEIGHT. LOT OF FAT ACCUMULATED around My BELLY and WAIST. So I lost my shape and it is looking like a pot. I tried rigorous abs workouts at gym and following balanced diet under the supervision of a dietician. But NO CHANGE in my BELLY and WAIST SIZE. So please help me. I am fully healthy and I don't have any other health problems.

11) Diabetes – NO diabetes. It is Normal.
