Dear Dr. Showrav:

I just had my first dose of Lycopodium 1M as you instructed me. Took 5 pills of medicine, diluted them in a cup of water and sippped the cup of water slowly.

I am a patient man and have no problem waiting for a week or 10 days to start feeling any effects of the medicine in my body.

I will report as soon as I notice the effects.

Dear Doctors Showrav and Reva V., here is my report:
Medicines taken:
Sulphur 200C, 2011-12-10/12 – Three doses dry pellets, wait 7 days.
Lycopodium 1M, 2011-12-19/21 - Three doses of Lyco 1M wet dose, wait 7 days to 2011-12-28

* BREATHING normally through the nose has IMPROVED during the DAYTIME, but at night, breathing is IMPAIRED. To this we need to add SNORING and Post Nasal Drip (excessive mucus produced by the nasal mucosa). This excess mucus accumulates in the throat and needs to be swallowed, awaking me several times at night. Also, liquid drools from the open mouth, wetting the pillows.
*Because of the above, I am not able to sleep well yet, and am sleepy and tired during the daytime.
*EDEMA of ankles and feet greatly IMPROVED.
*Yeast/fungus infection NOT cleared yet.
*Drying up and HEALING ugly chronic skin eruption and warts on both forearms.
*Alternating periods of despair and OPTIMISM during the day.
*Sexual ability or power will probably need more time or more medicine, nothing is happening here.
*Sensitivity to extreme (cold) weather - no improvement.
*Obesity, overweight, no change.

Dear Dr. Showrav, Once again I want to express that I am glad you are my doctor.

But as I said earlier, it worries me that I can not breathe well once the day´s sunlight is gone. As soon as the evening sets in, one of my nostrils gets blocked, and later at night, while on bed, I might have both nostrils partly blocked and I need to breathe through the mouth.

This aggravates me because the next morning I have to take medicines for the sore throat.

To minimize this I am using again nasal decongestant spray, and putting those plastic nasal strips on my nose to keep the nostrils open.

As you said, Lycopodium has already proved fruitful to me, although it is not 200C, it was 30C that Dr. Reva V. prescribed, therefore I want to ask if I could resume taking Lyco 30C, not once, but several times a day for a few days until breathing normalizes.

I have been without medicine (Lyco)for 8 days now.

Also, Dr. Reva V. prescribed Thuja to help with other concerns, but I stopped taking it.

After taking more of the Lyco 30C perhaps you could prescribe higher potency until it works better.

99 percent of the time, the inside of my nostrils is only moist, slightly wet; mucus does NOT flow to the exterior of the nose in large quantity, except perhaps one percent of the time, when a drop or two of clear mucus flow to the exterior and I have to dry them up.

I do not know if mucus got dry or if it is flowing inside, internally down my throat, but at night, I feel the need to swallow, perhaps is mucus that has accumulated in the throat.

Nostrils block alternatively, either completely or partially, sometimes the left is either partially or completely blocked, other times it is the right that is either partially or completely blocked and at night, sometimes both nostrils are partially blocked, then my mouth opens automatically and I start breathing through the mouth. As I said before, breathing through the mouth damages my throat and I have to take medicine in the morning to avoid a throat infection.

We must remember that I have a fungus/fungal infection in my body and that Western Doctors say that Chronic Rhinitis/Sinusitis is sometimes caused by fungus.

If that is the case, the sinuses are constantly inflamed as histamine triggers the inflammatory response as part of the immune response to foreign pathogens. Inflamed sinuses are swollen sinuses, and swollen sinuses do not let air pass through the nostrils in the right volume required for normal breathing. And an Immune System that is chronically stimulated is a weak Immune System.

I do not know if the front part or the rear part of the nostrils have most often tendency to block, but if I put one 'Breathe Right' brand nasal strip on my nose, the strip will keep my nostrils open so air can pass through. Alternating periods of despair and OPTIMISM during the day mean that at certain hours I feel depressed, sad, unhappy because my problem does not seem to have a cure - that is despair; but sometimes, particularly about 4 or 5 pm in the afternoon I feel a STRANGE sensation of happiness, as if my health has returned, like I am not sick anymore and my health problems have finally been solved, I feel like listening to music and even singing, in other words, I feel OPTIMISTIC, but this sensation does not last long because as night sets in, I know that I will not be able to breathe well again....

Regarding Lyc, I understand that you advise against going back to previous lower potency, but since I was taking Lyc 30, taking now Lyc 200 there is no problem? I could not find Lyc 200 UDT Ck in the nearby health stores, so I ordered it online, it will be here Tuesday or Wednesday.

Dr. Showrav, please excuse me for the long post, the reason behind all this information is to help you finish my treatment with the best available prescription.

Dr. Showrav, thank you for a fast reply. Here are the answers to your questions:
1) Dust makes me sneeze, like any other people, but it does not cause an allergic reaction, it does not worsen my breathing condition.
2) My thirst is moderate and varies with the seasons. Now, in winter I drink little, in summertime I drink more. But I do not have a strong thirst.
3) My digestion has always been bad because my gall bladder was removed fifty years ago. Always had diarrhea because I could not digest foods with fats. This allowed my friendly flora to decrease and the bad flora, Candida Albicans, to increase in my colon or gut. I treat this condition taking Probiotics like Acidophilus, but my digestion is not normal. Besides that, production of hydrochloric acid in my stomach has always been low.
4) As I explained it above, due to my digestive problems, the fungus Candida Albicans increased in my colon and has affected other areas of my body, like a skin fungal infection in my groin area, I use fungal creams to combat it, but it always comes back; my ten toe nails are deformed and damaged by fungus as well as four finger nails of the left hand have fungus between the nail and the nail bed, they are black and ugly. I also suffer from athlete's feet. I constantly have small patches of itchy red skin on my hands and arms that later peel off.

I am praying that you find 'faster relief and curing medicine'.

Dear Dr. Showrav,

1) Stools are soft and watery, very rarely stools are normal.
2) Gall bladder was removed because of intense pain caused by stones.
3) Athlete's feet disease cause a lot of itching between the toes and skin peels off.
4) Problems seem to be the same on both sides of my body, for example: fungus on the left hand, but blockage of nose is on the right nostril. Over a year ago had arthritic pain on right shoulder (frozen shoulder). Cannot sleep on left side because feel pain in the shoulder.
5) Height is 1.75 m, weight is 118 kg.

Yes, I try to reduce my weight, but I need to detoxify first, and that is almost impossible until we find a cure for my problems.

I will take 2 doses of Sulphur, one today Sunday, next tomorrow Monday Jan 2nd and will report to you. I read the Materia Medica about Sulphur and some of the symptoms are like the ones I have, for example, the odor of the stool is very offensive.

I will wait for the final names of the medicines.

I do not know if the following are the aggravation you expect Sulphur to cause on me, but this is what is happening.

1) After taking Sulphur I could not sleep well, turning and tossing on bed, very nervous.
2) Have been very nervous during the daytime also.
3) At night, I feel my legs and feet VERY COLD, even when the room temperature is high. I need to cover with heavy blankets.
4) Diarrhea, several times during the day.
5) Frequency of urination has increased, even when I am not drinking more water.
6) Overall, I do not feel well, I feel more sick.

Dear Doctors Reva V. and Showrav,

I am a little apprehensive at taking Aconite Nap 200c as the last medicine prescribed by Dr. Showrav. The remedy was chosen by him after I had been going through some aggravation caused by taking 2 doses of Sulphur 200ck, per list of symptoms on my post of 2012-01-03. The fact that Aconite was selected based on the reaction of my body to Sulphur HIGH (200) really SCARES ME ().

I will NOT order Aconite 200 until Dr. Reva V. advices me that such potency is OK for my condition and that the remedy is adequate for my original symptoms.
