lobular pnemonia tuberculinum?

Hello dear forum people!

I'm trying to find a good remedy for my dad-in-law who has a pnemonia.

His x-ray shown low part of his LEFT lung is full of water=hepatized.

He produces not too much expectoration - and it's very sticky and white.

he also has sinusitis with yellow mucous discharge.

He doesn't have any pain.
He is really tired though.

I'm thinking to give him either Tuberculinum or Kali sulph - but can't decide and thought to ask here?
Will appreciate any help! thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
That isn't enough symptoms to make a prescription. Remedies are prescribed on peculiar symptoms (not related to the named condition), symptoms that are unusual for the disease (not normally found in the disease), and on the general state of the patient (symptoms that affect the mental and emotional levels, symptoms that affect the whole person and not just one part).

Are you able to take a full case?

hello everyone!
just wanted to update this thread!
My dad in law has recovered now.
the process of healing was quite interesting.
he was taking antibiotics when he found out he had pheneumonia.
so he stopped the antibiotics he was on first (to figure out what other kind of antibiotic could work:)) but to his own surprise he felt much better just getting off the drugs.

then! Dr. Maheeru (thank you very much!!!) recommended to give him Nat Sulph - which I gave my dad-in-law while he was off drugs.

he felt much better, but he still went on some other drugs only for a short while. so he recovered and personally think the remedy did help. he thinks it was the combination of the two:)) if it could possibly be:))
hope it could help someone!!!
good health to you people!!!
