Sir,mostly while lying down cough starts n sometimes during work.at the time cough comes a piece of small sputom comes out.
Having many hom.med.at home like-arsnic,brynia,rus tox,nux,lyco,cal,kali,burb.vul.sulpher,and many med.prescribed by u and dr.kadwa to my husband.

After coming back from u.s.a am having dry cough n feels dryness in throat,at daytime n night suddenly feels cough,even have pain in stomach due to it.please advise.
