This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Internal medicines must have to be used properly.

This problems occurs bcs of hormonal imbalance of testis. If ur medicine is appropriate to make ur hormone level normal and remaining it for life time thn it is a permanent cure for sure. Side effects normally happens when the medicine is implemented in a body which was not wisely or perfectly selected for that body or implemented in a wrong potency or dosing. Any medicines can do harm in that condition. But I think about thuja that it is quite safe medicine for human and if u see any unusual symptoms or aggravation thn pls stop that remedy immediately after some days ur body will be cured from side effects by its own power. So I can call it safe in this perception.

U have to take a homeopathic medicine that much as long as u dont see all of ur problems has gone.We believe that while there is no symptoms there is no diseases.

Oleum Q or MT(Mother Tincture) and Thuja 200c will b suitable for u. Use Oleum externally with cotton and rubbing gently with that and take oral doses of Thuja 200c, two drops of medicine every day at morning 30 min before breakfast mixing with one cup of water.

Can stop oral medicine during the period time but can continue external use Oleum that time.

After reading your reply,I should tell you that those facial hairs are not so thin to remove due to rubbing, they are thick enough, can I continue this remedy on my thick hairs,
I use to pluck them with tweezers.
Moreover, just 2 drops would be enough for me as I use to handle this
problem with such a long time ..I have to take this medicine just once in a day ??
isn't it?
every day I can see hairs on my chin.
I'm really frustrate of my problem..

You're such an angel for me as many doc's are failed to cure this problem.

Really grateful to you!!

Two drops each day will be enough for u I think, It is so powerful medicine. Use Oleum as I told before. Whether it is thick or thin hair that does not any matter, the fact is if the hair is in abnormal surface of skin where usually it should not be thn it will b removed I hope.
