Very Slow Reading

Hi,

I am 45 years old and since around 20 years, I have been noticing that I read very slowly. I get embrassed when I am reading something alongwith an other person. Everybody finishes when I am in the mid of the article.
This is very noriceable and people comment also.
Need help please.
