Attn: Dr.Maheeru (or any other doctor) - Labour/Delivery help

I am currently in my 37th week of pregnancy. This is my 2nd pregnancy, the first was 2.5 yrs ago, which resulted in a very healthy & a very active boy. But my first delivery was quite long and very exhausting. I had a normal vaginal delivery and the baby was average sized, weighing in at 3.5 kgs. Inspite of the average size of the baby, I had second degree tearing which required quite a number of stitches. The reason for the long labour was due to the fact that the baby was in a posterior occiput/facing position rather than the favourable anterior occiput/facing position which caused the baby to descend very slowly into the birth canal, thereby delaying dilation of the cervix, eventhough I was put on Pitocin (contractions inducing medicine). The labour started early in the morning right on the due date, but the baby came the next day.The only medicines I took during my first pregnancy were my prenatal vitamins and tissue salts on and off on alternating weeks as prescribed by you in one of your posts as well as 3 doses of Arnica 1M – 1 dose on the day before, 1 dose on the day of and one dose on the day after delivery. The usage of Arnica I believe helped me a great deal.
One of my friends who is in a similar position (with the position/facing) of the baby) was prescribed the following:
a) 9 – 9.5 months – Caulophyllum 30 at bedtime on alternating days.
b) 9.5 – due date – Caulophyllum 200 everyday in the morning and Pulsatilla 6 everyday at bedtime till due date.
I wanted to know your opinion on this before following it as I want to avoid a long labour like the last time. According to the sonographer, my baby is in the correct/favourable anterior position as of now, but since there are 3 more weeks to go till my delivery, the doctor said that she might turn around to the posterior position. My questions are as follows:
1) Can I follow the Caulophyllum procedure as described before?
2) In case the baby turns again before delivery, will the usage of Pulsatilla 6 help to turn the baby?
3) This time, the doctor gave me a due date of 17, 18 or 19, not one date like with the previous time. In this case, I was wondering how to take the Arnica 1M? Should I start on the 16th and continue till the 20th, so that irrespective of when I have the baby, I will have the day before, the day of and the day after delivery covered? Obviously, I will stop on the 18th if I have the baby on the 17th and on the 19th if I have the baby on the 18th.
4) I had very sore and cracked nipples after nursing the baby for a couple of days the last time. The pain was so bad, that I literally screamed each time the baby latched on. Is there anything that I can use to prevent this or some pain relief in case there is no prevention.? I did massage my nipples with lanolin cream before and after my delivery, but it did not help me at all.
5) What can I take to increase milk in case there is a reduction? I take after my mother in everything, and with her she had extreme shortage of milk with her second baby – me. So I want to avoid the same.
I know that this is a very long and detailed post, but I would sincerely appreciate it if you could take the time to read and answer my concerns and questions. Thanks a lot in advance.

Somehow this has escaped my attention. How was your delivery? How are you doing now?
