toddler ear pain (any recommended remedy?)

Hi my 2 year old son got right ear pain after swimming.
I can see white/yellow wax in the right ear.
Does not want to eat or drink, he usually drinks a lot.
He wanted to go to bed. He got high fiver during the night. Whole body is hot. Red face.
I gave him Belladona, it looks like it takes the fiver down a little bit only for a short time. Slowly the fiver is not so high anymore.
The pain in ear is not constant.
He has good humor, but wants to rest in bed.

He was able to sleep relative well.

Sometimes he has agitade breathing

Any remedy recommendation will be appreciated.

What potency of Belladonna did you give, and how many doses? Also how did you administer the dose?

I gave him 2 dosis 2 hours apart of 3 pellets of belladona 200, (did not have anything else at that time).

Later I was recommended capsicum 30ch (intermittent fever and trembling) 3 pellets every 2 hours for a total of 8 hours and now my boy is back to normal.
