He has the delusion that hes being watched..

Also he tries to cover himself up if any issues come and tries to defend himself..

Hes argues with absent people..

Argumentative nature

Disorganized.

Shyness.

Fear of leaving for another job for fear of failure in new circumstances.though has been doing well in all previous occasions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What is his attitude to responsibility?

What is he trying to prove, or to whom does he need to prove it?

How does being responsible make him feel?

What is the experience of being watched for him? Is he actually being watched or does it happen when there is nobody around?

How does he defend himself? What is he defending himself from?

What is he covering up? What is the feeling of not being covered up?

What does he argue about with people who are not there? What generally makes him want to argue?

In what things in his life is he disorganized? Is he organized in anything?

What is his experience of being shy? In what situations? How does he act or react?

What is his reasons for procrastinating? What happens that makes him leave things to the last minute?

He dislikes responsibilty, he would like to live in his comfort zone.

He tries to prove it so to avoid people gossiping about him of being a careless person. he is sensitive to what others talk/think about him...he would show others a better self good impression.

Being responsible make him feel good as he has done his job and people would feel good about him(especially relatives of wife etc)that he has done his job....

He defends himself in his thoughts as well as life circumstances when faced with challanging situation eg someone taking him to task where he is being cornered.

Hes covering up his weakness
and not being covered up means hes exposed...this may also involve his new jobs situation where he imagines he might face his weakness of not being able to perform or someone coming to question his capablity.

Usually he argues with people who treat him with injustice or being rude to him or fun at him.

Life disorganized in his carring himself up, he would shave untidely, dressing up not neatly, his belonglings would not be placed in proper place , would not be following rules strictly would not be in proper time, would delay things to the the very time and would get up hurry to reach it...eg..if hes to reach a nearby place at 7:00 he would start wasting time with other things till 7:00 and then run up to place..rather than being prepared for the event before time..learning is disorganized. in book reading he would try skipping pages and would read in jumping style from 7 chapter to 3rd chapter etc..

Hes not organized in anything.

There are no reasons but the habit of taking things nonseriously in life..leaving things to last minute would end up with hurriedness to catch up to reach.

So he is sensitive to the opinion of others. He wants to make a good impression. That seems to be one confirmed thing.

How does he defend himself?

What weakness is he covering up?

What is the feeling of being exposed?

Not being able to perform and needing to defend suggests a Metal. Capability, responsibility, job, rules suggests row 4. Kali, Calc, Scandium, Titanium, Vanadium, Chromium, Manganum, Ferrum, Cobaltum, Cuprum, Zinc, Gallium, Germanium, Arsenicum, Selenium, Bromium, Krypton.

If these are your words and not his, then I am probably taking your case right now lol. These are just ideas, it still isn't clear exactly what his problem is.

Consider it mine ,

defending himself by arguing, whether abstractly or in front,

feeling of being exposed probably being rediculed, messy situation,or thrown out of job etc ...

even the talk isnt organized, conveys something in a confused manner.

What is the weakness he is covering up - how is he weak? Not why is he covering it up - what exactly does he feel the weakness is?

Being exposed means to be ridiculed? If you feel exposed, what you are actually feeling is that someone is ridiculed?

Weakness would be the weakness of the intellect , not able to perform what is expected of him, though he being in technical job is having sound expertize but problem comes when hes assigned something new or wants to search for newer avenues and then anxiety slips in, what if this what if that happens(pertaining to performace)what if he fails (initiative to do something new/ move forward is lost with the negative impulses coming out of fear)

These are mentally created hurdles..

Being exposed doenot mean being ridiculed, but exposed would give others a bad impression hes created and thus could end up in ridiculed or laughed at..

David if you could unlock this mind , this mind could well be on its way to become a successful homeopath.LOL

It really does sound like a metal. All the qualities are there - defence, performance, failure, attack.

Of course Lycopodium is the obvious choice for the symptoms though. It isn't quite enough for me to be sure of such a prescription, and I suspect that such a common remedy may have already been used.

Chromium covers up what is within, tries to hide it with a shiny glossy exterior. They do not wish anyone to see what is underneath. Chromium is greatly concerned with showing only an attractive or pleasing surface to others. They are very sensitive to others seeing what might be below this surface. It is all about show for them. As long as things look good, they are good.

yes lyco had been used many a times..

So remedy could be chromium sulph
or else another salt of chromium....
