This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
These are two fully fleshed out polycrest remedies. Each has their own distinct flavour and character, and very distinct peculiars, modalities, mentals, emotionals, physicals. They are not interchangeable, or the same thing.

Do you believe that something that every human being has will lead you to a remedy? We all need the same remedy then?

No, that is obviously untrue. Anything that everyone has, will not lead you to a remedy. How could it?

Only disease leads you to the remedy. The patient's disease is the only guide. Simple, normal human feelings are not a disease.

The job of the homoeopath is to be able to perceive what is disease, what needs to be cured, and choose a remedy on that basis. Common human experiences and emotions are not diseases.

You only aim a remedy at disease. Only your disease can point you to the right remedy. By understanding the nature of your disease (impossible to do yourself this must be done by someone else) you can see the remedy that matches it (assuming you know how to access the thousands of remedies in our materia medica).
