Kali Muriaticum for acneAfter doing much research I finally found a remedies for my acne that was due to excess throat mucus. I have been using Kali mur 30c for the last 2months and my acne cleared by 70%. Will changing the dosage to 200c clear up my acne completely? Or should I just continue with the 30c ?

Any medicine that you need to take repeatedly to enforce an effect, is probably acting palliatively or suppressively. If when you stop, the acne and other symptoms remain much better then it is more likely the remedy is acting curatively.
If the symptoms return fairly quickly, then this points to a remedy that is not curing. Continuing to use such a medicine runs risks.
Without knowing what exactly this remedy is doing, it is hard to predict what 200c will do. It might continue your improvement, it might undo all the positive changes, or it might create new symptoms.
Usually, the higher you go in potency the more precise the prescription needs to be. Also in my experience, if the 30c has been acting palliatively, 200c will cancel out anything it has done.
You know you are suppressing symptoms because something new appears, something is worse than it was, you may often feel generally worse in some way. Suppression makes it harder to cure the original problem.
Palliation on the other hand may initially seem quite good - symptoms just improve no fuss no pain. However palliation is shaky, fragile, it requires constant redosing, and after time it can easily become suppression.
Cure in homoeopath happens on all levels. The person feels better in themselves, calmer, sleeps better, has more energy, sees symptoms all over their body improving. Cure also does not require very much of the remedy to achieve. How much exactly a person needs however is highly variable.

To ensure you are being cured, the whole case needs to be taken and a prescription made on the basis of that. It should also be made by someone with training and experience in traditional homoeopathic principles to get the best results.
If Kali-mur is the remedy will cure you for good, then it will fit the whole case. At this stage, there is no way to tell that. Because there is no confidence in the remedy, it is hard to give any advice as to where you should go with the treatment.
