Erection problem during winters

Can anybody advise what's the remedy for impotence during winter season.

Due to onset change in climate (from hot to cold), my erection problem again started.

I have tried a mixture of homeopathy medicine (given by doctor) which comprised of sulphur, graphites, conium, sepia, baryta carb, calc carb, indium metallicum, staphysagria, bufo rana.

Alongwith this, he also gave me a medicine which comprised of so many mother tinctures like agnus, caladium, salix nigra, hyos niger, ginseng, damiana, nuphar etc.

But all went in vain.

My condition is deteriorating day by day. My acidity problem is also reoccured.

I am getting no erections and whenever i try to do intercourse, it looses during intercourse. At the time of masturbation, sometimes, the erections are okay and sometimes, it's like flabby.

I have noticed this change in symptoms (after the change of climate).

Can any dr. suggest me a good remedy....
