swelling in hand, feet & lips

Hello doctor

My son is 13 yr old. today morning he woke up with swollen and red lips, hands(palms and back of palms),sole and feet. He complained that these parts were also warm, itchy and numb.

I gave him dulcamara 30 and till afternoon the symptums were gone.

but the symptum came back in the evening and I gave anotherdose ofsame.Symptums were milder this time on cheeks hand and feet ,and subsided after 1-2 hours of medicine.

at night he is again complaining of itchy hands I can see several small red areas like mosquito bites.

He gets goosebumps sometimes and I gve him dulcamara for them.
but these symptums of swelling came for the first time.

I am worried Is this just the allergy or something else.please advise.
