Hidradenitis suppuritiva

Hi,
I am male,52 years.
For last few years I have been suffering from it and during last few months it is really serious. Painful pus containg pustules appears around anus-ruptures and fills up agian and rupturs again. Pain subside when pus is out.It takes just a day or two to fill up and rupture. There are as many as five such lesions around anus-not confluent.Rarely itchy. Any remedy?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes, HEPAR SULPH IM four times a day for five days would help in getting rid of the pus in the abscesses and taken along with ECHINACEA 1X acts a preventive for secondary infection. Once that is out a follow up according to the symptoms can be done which would help get rid of the tendency for recurrent abscesses.
It is also imperative to check your blood sugar levels too, fasting and post lunch blood sugar.

Dear Dr.Gouri,
Thank you so much. I see Hepar sulp comes in two forms calcareum and Kalinum. The same with Echinacea-Angustifolia vs purpurea. Please clarify which are for me. In web site in BUY link I see no 1M power. They are only X and C. Moreover forms like granules/pill etc are not clear to me. Could you help me Please to get them correctly.
With regards
Samiran

Dear Samiran,
Go for Hepar sulphuris calcareum 1000c pills on and Echinacea purpurea 1x, liquid about 60ml.
Do get back with your blood sugar levels.
Sincerely,
