Chronic Rheumatism - help for dosesHello All Dr,
I am learning Homeopathy.
My sister (60 years old) has chronic Rheumatism. Both the knees pain when she walks. Moving causes aggravation, better rest. Mind symptoms and other suggested Bryonia. I gave her 3 doses of Bryonia 30 in two days. Pain came down by 60%, mentally cheerful. I stopped and followed by Ferr.Phos 6x, Kali.Mur 6x (tissue remedies). Next three days no pain, fourth day pain came back. Can I repeat Bryonia 30 for more number of days, say 5 days and wait for the problem to reoccur? (those 5 days, I will stop Tissue remedies) or should I go for higher potency say 200?. Please suggest.

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose.
Both remedies to be taken twice daily leaving about half hour between each.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Report response in a week.

Remember that your body needs time to restore any imbalances, important not to rush!
Are we talking about an urgent matter, acute case, you can give her 30C up to 10 times, after that you must move on to 200C.
