to stop menses

I am 53 years old with now chronic problem of crazy as long menses , plus menorrhagia , plus irregular menses , clotted and they do not stop . Plus it looks like it is menopause or pre-menopause ( menses appear after 4 months again after I took Sepia last September ). Up to my pre-menopause I never had any problems menses were light , short , no pain, easy . By character I am artistic and sporty, love music and dance , about people I can be very carrying , sometimes demanding a lot from friends , from family , sometimes do not give a “dime “ what happens. So all the problems started with feeling that my hormones were down, dragging feelings , no excitement , no energy, anger , tied , menses became around age 50 problematic : too early , too irregular , too frequent , still somewhat bearable - controllable. I started to use homeopathy to help to balance mood 2 years ago age : Sepia was ok , but menses still were early ( 20 days at most) , Nat Mur was better – still the same problem. I soon was told that Phosphorus was my constitutional medicine , and it does agree with me. When sweats began I took Laches is – and began to sleep better. Arthritis began to bother knees , body shape changed around 51 – bigger hips and more fatty deposits appear , then menses disappear this year in 2011 for 4 months completely and I was happy , because I was so tired of having Anemia , or close to Anemia issue . In September they appear again and the story started to be worst, Example this month , Stated menorrhagia on December 11 after 10 days of break from previous ones , 12 days of light menses – , now for 4 days –dark , and profuse , mix of red blood and heavy - dark clots, stingy , slimy and worse in the evening , I am tied and sleepy, little bet sad , as I start to do some work, which actually helps me as I want to do something and not to think what to take to stop it as the flow begins to be more heavier ;
Had pain in low abdomen, which I stopped by taking Apis ( right side pain is worst ) , I am sure I have urine prolapse, sure that I have low Iron and vitamin B , but this was all my life like that . Now : low estrogens and progesterone levels due to pre-menopausal condition. So what I can do ?
I need help , suggestion , how to take Homeopathy , before menses will start next time and now to stop it . I look thru Materia Medica descriptions , and seems like China , Hammamelis 30c and Fer Metalicum looks like can help . I have all of them in 30c potency . I also have Crotalis Horrodes in 30c.
I tried Thlapsi in 12 c few days ago and it did help for an hour ( 7 months ago it helped me to stop them) this time – menses just slow down for sometime and still continue: Same with Phosphorus . I am losing my hope that something can be done, but I still have to stop this flow as I do not have too much blood left . it is started on Dec 11 . if do not think of sex , I do not think of beautify being older – I only think , how to bring my energy back . I also ordered Oestrogen and oestron from Europe , but not sure if I shall take it , since I think I may have Fibrosis , why else the blood clots will be so dark >?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It seems like nobody has any idea what remedy you are. That is a mixed bag you have been given with no real theme to them.

That theme needs to be discovered if you are going to be cured. Pure symptomatic treatment often is very hit and miss when trying to solve chronic diseases. The overall picture (the totality) must be established.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE.

You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide. Do not put all your complaints into each of the 7 questions. Discuss one problem at a time. If you have, for example, a headache with nausea, do each component separately too (what makes the head pain worse or better, what makes the nausea worse or better).

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs.
