can i take enzyme supplements while having slightly higher amylase level in the serum

My doctors feels that MAYBE i have IBS along with having H.pylori and hiatal hernia.

Now i want to take enzyme supplements but i want to be sure if i can take those enzymes having lipase, amylase etc even though my serum amylase was on higher side by. My amaylase level was 120 whereas the max limit was 80. Doctor didnt bother too much about it though. Will the supplement increase my serum amylase even more and do more damage to pancreas?
