Started masterbating in 1995, 2~3 times a week by mostly by rubbing the penis agianst bedding or using hand. Because of being a religious person, felt guilt for doing the same however could not control the urge and continued till 2006~2007. Tried to decrease the frequency of masterbation to once per week.
4~5 years back, felt progressive decline in desire to masterbate, lost interest in sex , penis remained cold and even wathcing porn movies or manual stimulation could not produce erection. There was no morning erection as well. Situation continued for 3~4 years.
Was also bothered by allergic dry cough during this period. (Cough was not severe, it was mild cough but persisted for long time, experienced more in morning and evening)
Stopped matserbation from last 3~4 years as i did not feel any urge or desire for the same.

As I was to marry in last part of 2010, I consulted a homeopath in 2010, He prescribed many medicines one by one among which Blatta Orientalis gave relief from cough and after taking Kali phos 6x started getting some erections.
Got married in Nov 2010.
Erection was better(but not 100%) in first six months of marriage (however it was difficult to maintain erections for long).

Current Problems:

1. Decrased sexual desire.
2. Very rarely get good erection.
3. Mostly erections are not hard and only remain for few seconds during foreplay. After that penis becomes soft.
4. Penis also become soft when coitus is attempted. When i try to insert the semi-soft penis into my wife's vagina, i ejaculate.
5. Even manual stimulation fail to generate good erection.
6. Morning erections not strong. On few occasions there is no morning erection at all.
7. Taking Kali Phos 6x improves the situation but not 100% i.e. I start getting more erections but they are not 100% strong and also does not last long.

Additional inputs:
Not having any nocturnal emission for past 4~5 years.
Do not masterbate now (from last 3~4 years) as there is no urge or desire for the same.
I use Kali Phos 6x (for erections) and Blatta Orientalis (for cough) on SOS basis to improve my condition.
BP/Pulse remains normal, Blood Sugar is normal.
Taking Ayurvedinc/Unani supplements seems to deteriorate the condition and seems to cause acidity.

Qualified doctors pls help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In young male generally poor blood circulation is main curlpit for ed problem. Poor memory /decreasing memory is a very good sign of circulation problem. No morning erection & low libido simply indicates low testosterone level. Bfore any medicine go for tertosterone level check if it is low then meet any endocrinologist(harmone specialist) or take suplememt to improve it then go for improving bloof circulation like -ginkgo biloba Q+ crategus Q & carbo veg 30c.these two thing works like magic in young dude. good luck.
