Can Thuja help in conceiving?

I have a case of a young woman who eaily aborts because of weak cervix. Has lot of moles on the face , body & has also had surgery to remove uterine fibroids. Can Thuja be given & if so what potency is recommended/ The patient is new to Homeopathy. Not much mental or physical symptoms to go on except that she easily cries when asked about her condition.

Dear Willway,

Homeopathy works with symptoms.Without clear symptoms no one can suggest any remedy. From the one clear symptom that you have mentioned that she cries when you ask her for her problems, Pulsatilla seems more indicated than Thuja.Pulsatilla has great beneficial influence upon the uterus when indicated. Again in homeopathy one cannot star treatment with a view to help in conceiving as that would be too speculative. But the correct remedy would sort out everything and help her to conceive also in due course.

I hope it helps.

Thanks Rajiv.Puls was not given because she had gone thru a procedure with which she was expected to conceive & Puls might have led to inappropriate repercurssions.
Anyway, she seems to have got her normal periods now & I will take up your suggestion.
