frequent urination and slight weak joints

Hi am alex. Ive been having this frequent urination for the past three months now, on and off, but only when i take excess water. I took like 5 glasses an hour before sleeping and i peed 4 times before morning plain colorless pee. But i discovered this when i started taking multivitamin and pain killers. But when i drink normal i pee
normal. Could this be a sign of my kidney warning me??? And what causes slight weak joints in my knee ankle and elbow back pains atimes after taking sugary beverages or starchy meals? But i dont have any fatigue yet and this joint weakness occurs after sex. Thank you.

Do not take pain killers for long time. It surely affects badly on kidney, but it is natural when u drink more water u will have urge of urination more frequently. Did u had diabetic test yet? If not thn test that.
