Ongoing effects from fungal scalp infection

I suffered from a fungal scalp infection about three months ago. Symptoms inculded itch, red scalp, scales as well as puss drainage on the right side.
I used fungal cream and shampoos precribed by allupath and all outward symptons disappeared within three weeks.
There are however some ongoing symptoms which is causing great discomfort. These include: pains on the top of my head (especially when moving scalp), swollen glands in neck, burning pains down neck into rest of the body, sinus congestion, burny eyes, painful muscles and sensitive teeth (with a foul taste in mouth) from time to time. These symptoms seems worse at night. Not sleeping well every alternate night.

Any thoughts on this...

Thanks,

Steve

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Steve, Please try two doses MEZEREUM. 200X 24 hours apart and wait.

This would have helped in the beginning. Because of this info, there MAY be an increase of symptoms for a short while. Maybe as much as 48 hours. OR you will improve without increase.

One never knows. Because of the topical allopathic treatment, I would tend to expect an increase of symptoms for short while.

Then when noticing improvement, keep track of symptoms and report in often so we can see the progress in case there is another remedy called for to finish the treatment...SABRA

Dear Sabra,

Thanks for the advice.

I will certainly try it.

Only problem is that I live in Lilongwe, Malawi and there is no sign of any Homeopaths or Homeopathic remedies.

I will have to arrange to get some from South Africa.

This will take about two weeks. I will however keep you posted on the progress.

Thanks again

Steve
