Benign changes

My wife had an annual medical exam paid by her company a few days ago and gynecological exam showed the following results:

- Benign changes
- Candida

And she was advised only to visit the gynecologist once per year for normal exams. BUT, this got me worried and I need to know more about both. I found out about Candida being a fungus that can cause infection, but what does that “benign changes” mean (it’s not related to Candida or so it seems)? Please, I need info!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Benign (as opposed to malign) means that the changes are not cancerous and are nothing to worry about.

True, it is like saying negative, no, one is not ill, and positive, yes, one needs attention.

Homeopathy has Candida Albicans available for Candida and also in Chinese herbs, Chien Chin. Both are very effective.

Cut out carbs and sugars. Beer is a worse offender to increase Candida...SABRA
