Constantly blocked and runny nose

Hi everyone

This year i had my first bout of hayfever in my life. It started in the first week of june and seems to be easing off now with the climate change. The result of my hayfever has left me with a sinus problem where my nose is always blocked at least on one side and is always runny with a thin clear watery type of discharge.

The blockage is cauing me to feel pressure around my sinus and headaches. I also find it difficult to sleep since i cannot breath properly.

Can someone please help, this is making me miserable!

I will try it and let you know. On writing my post i went out and bought Nux Vom and Arsen Alb. The runny nose and sneezing has stopped as a result but my nose is still blocked.

I will try bacillinum.
