Remedy for speech delay 3 years girls

Dear sir,
My doughter is 2years & 7 months old but she is not able to speak. she only speak some time like bua, amma, tea, buiscuit,etc... and she is not standing on her legs also. she very healthy but her delay in speech is very tough for us kindly suggest us any remedy for her speech delay & walking.
