hives, urticaria
My son, 18 years old, started getting hives late this summer. He gets them on his buttocks, neck,and thighs. He also has dandruff, and acne for 2 years on his back and face.He has very sweaty hands, which causes peeling on the palms. He notices some swelling behind his ears near his neck. His hives come on now whenever he sits in the snow, or gets cold or cold and wet.We tried Rhus tox for 2 weeks, 3 times a day. Then we started him on Sepia for 2 weeks, 3 times a day. We are tapering him off Sepia, but he says he feels better when he takes it. He is getting hives about 1 once a week now, but his acne has cleared on his face greatly. I am not sure how long to keep him on sepia.
Are there any other remedies to recommend? Urtica or dulcamara? I am new to homeopathy, but have been loving it and learning. Any help or guidance for us?

1. Arsenic Alb-200 (200c) 6 pills 2 times every day
2. Urtica Urence-Q 2 2 drops in spoonful water 2 times every day
Give this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

I have arsenicum Alb 30C, can I use that?
I am not sure what the Q2 means in urtica urens.
I would like to get him started asap on your treatment recommendation.
So he would take both remedies for 15 days right?

1. Try to get Arsenic Alb-200. If not available start with 30 power and try to get 200 power
2. It is Urtica Urence-Q (mother Tincture) 2 drops in spoonful water every day. It was my mistake that I wrote Q 2 2
3. You need to take doses for 15 days as per suggestion and then give feedback
